I     – SECURING ZONING CLEARANCE FOR BUSINESS PERMIT:

Enterprises are required to secure Zoning Clearance prior to application for Business Permit to ensure that the enterprise is allowed in the target location per approved Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and other relevant zoning and land use ordinances.

FEES:
Clearance fee for new establishments     –  P 150.00
Clearance fee for old establishments       –  P 100.00

II     – SECURING LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE FOR BUILDING PERMIT:

 

All enterprises and private persons constructing a new building or applying for a building permit must secure a zoning clearance from this office. This should be done before the start of construction to ensure that the building/business is allowed in the target location as per approved Municipal Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Application form for zoning clearance duly notarized – 3 copies
  2. Building plan duly signed by a Civil Engineer – 1 set
  3. Perspective duly signed by a Civil Engineer – 1 set
  4. Lot plan with vicinity map duly signed by a Geodetic Engineer – 1 copy
  5. Bill of materials – 1 copy
  6. Specification – 1 copy
  7. Proof of ownership
  8. Transfer certificate of title (TCT) or Deed of Sale – 1 copy
  9. Authorization / consent from land owner (duly notarized)
  10. Contract of lease
  11. Authorized occupancy of the lot
  12. Real property tax declaration
  13. Real property tax clearance
  1. For industrial and agro-industrial projects
  2. Description of industry
  3. Flow chart of manufacturing process
  4. Manpower capacity and volume of work
  5. Environmental clearance certificate (ECC) (if the structure is of national figure)
  6. SB resolution endorsing the project (if the structure is of national figure)
  7. Affidavit of non-objection from adjoining lot owners (if necessary)
