I     – ISSUANCE OF SANGGUNIANG BAYAN RESOLUTION AND/OR CERTIFICATE OF ACCREDITATION TO NGO’S & PO’S

Any Non-Government Organization (NGO) And People’s Organization (PO) or any Association may request the Sangguniang Bayan to accredit them as mandated by law pursuant to Article IV, Sec. 34, 35 & 36 of the Local Government Code of 1991 or R.A. No. 7160 –“The Local Government Unit shall promote the establishment, enter into joint ventures and provide assistance, financial or otherwise to all accredited NGO’s & PO’s in the territorial jurisdiction of the municipality”.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Board Resolution signifying intent for accreditation
  2. List of Officers and Members
  3. Photocopy of Registration with either the Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Social Welfare And Development (DSWD) or any recognized National Government Agencies that accredits People’s Organization, NGO’s or the private sector.
  4. Photocopies of By-Laws
  5. Financial Data of the Organization/Association
